must forward that information to someone else for the processing. At R.W. Troxell we have a department
specifically designed to assist in the handling of claims and coverage verification.
Combined, our claim specialists have over
35 years in the insurance industry. Because claims processing is their primary responsibility, these

with some of our major carriers, so some claims are filed and settled without ever leaving R.W. Troxell.
As an added service to our clients we are offering a claims notification system to assist our clients when
claims occur
before, during or after normal business hours. This initial report system obtains the minimum information
our specialists
require to start the claims process, then it notifies our staff of the pending claim report. This is just
one more effort
